Listing Agents Operations Directions

Follow these steps to administer each of your MLS listing that you enter into your account, once you enter the property address , city, State from the Drop down menu, Zip code, MLS#, and Home Price you would save the entries and you will be offered another listing opportunity.
Once you have all of the Properties listed that you are requesting signs for, you would then click the Order Now button.

This will place an order for signs with our UPS shipping partner, once the UPS shipping partner has created the shipment and placed tracking codes, then sign will become active in the database and you will be able to print out a flyer that is placed at the home with the information needed to generate a Homebuyer Application that is then placed into the hands of trained Loan Officers who can qualify the client and get the ball rolling for the Potential Homebuyer to purchase your property.

Once you open and enter your Listing Agent account this is a Screen Shot of what the panel will look like.

Please disregard the information in the Assistance Programs Database until you are notified that it has been updated with the latest information, Please use the Texas Realtor Training panel for Program specific information!

 

 

Follow this path to administer your Requested Signs!

To administrate your Sign Request click the link Under the Request Signs . Click to request signs.

Here you will add new listing and print out the In Home Flyers to be placed with your MLS sheets and you should place these flyers in a outside weather flyer box next to the Downpayment assistance sign rider and your Realtor Sign!

 

This is an screen shot of records as you will see them inside your Realtor Sign Request panel. This is a real record of one home that has been placed into the system and the record was saved and ordered.

As you see a UPS tracking number in this record, this sign was shipped to the Seller Agent who order the sign and the sign was made active in both the Lenders account and in the Seller Agent account, both can now print the flyer.

Under the conditions of a Seller Agent requesting signs in this manner, it would be the Seller Agents Responsibility to print out flyers and place both the sign and the flyers at the property.

Please do not enter any false data, make certain the information you are providing is correct and true to your best knowledge.

To produce this flyer you would click on the small image of a sheet of paper just to the left of the address

The Property Flyer below has the details about each property as it was input into the sign request panel.

Market Areas are listed as the over all market, not the municipality or local city, In essence Houston or Dallas Market areas will show as the market, not Humble as was the local city, Humble is within the Houston Market area.

 

Our Client and Realtor Coordinators will receive daily reports on all entries into the system and updates to records in the system, if you are not following the guidelines our coordinators will make an attempt to contact you and help solve the problem, if we are unable to get in contact the record may be removed without other notice.
